Mount Hagen's organic and fair trade coffee is sustainably grown in small cultivations under shade trees. They pioneered organic freeze-dried coffee and are always working to produce the finest organic and fair trade instant coffee in the world. Their goal is to work with more farmers growing biodynamic coffee, supporting the growth of Demeter-certified ("beyond organic") farms and farmers.
