Founded in Italy by the great-grandfather of current President Errico Auricchio, the company’s legacy of excellence began long before its move to the United States in 1979. When Auricchio relocated his family to Wisconsin—America’s Dairyland—he discovered the rich pastures and dedicated farmers whose milk would become the foundation for crafting world-class Italian cheeses in America.
