Ingredients: Carrots, Skinless Salmon, Water, Quinoa, Parsley, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Pitted Kalamata Olives, Capers, Shallot, Red Wine Vinegar, Preserved Meyer Lemon (Meyer Lemons, Salt), Salt, Dried Oregano.
Cooking Instructions: Remove the plastic cover and take out the salsa verde sauce before cooking.
Microwave: Reheat in the microwave-safe aluminum tray for 2 mins. Let stand for 1 minute before eating.
Conventional Oven: Place in the oven, preheated to 350F, for 10-12 minutes.
Alternatively, this entree can be enjoyed at room-temperature.
