Fly By Jing's Sichuan Chili Sauce is sweet, spicy, and highly addicting. Crafted in Chengdu and inspired by the classic street snack Zhong Dumplings, it is made with "fuzhi" soy sauce slow cooked with brown sugar, mushrooms, garlic, and spices. Extremely versatile, the Sichuan Chili Sauce can be used on everything - dumplings, eggs, meats, cheeses, or any take-out dish that needs an extra edge.
